Delivery charges depend on your location, the items you order and the available shipping options for that item. We operate a standard delivery charge of £4.50 or approx 6 euro if ordering with a euro credit card per order. This is a standard charge to all orders irrespective of whether you order eg 4 tubs of 2kg protein or 1 only capsule product. If you only want one capsule product and are not happy with the delivery charge phone us direct for a price and we should be able to adjust depending on the item ordered. Items normally delivered 2-3 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

All orders placed online before 1.00pm and dispatched via this service will be expected to arrive with you the following 2-3 business days you will be asked for a signature for receipt of goods so please try and ensure some one is available to sign for goods. If at the time of delivery there is no-one available at the delivery address to sign for goods, the goods will be returned to the holding depot and you will have to call into depot to collect. For smaller items ie non powder products we will endeavour where possible to use Royal mail and you will receive these goods in the same time scale from your local post.This convenient and reliable service means your order will be delivered between 9.00am and 5.30pm. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. These items generally weigh between 1kg - 30kg.
