Free delivery

Standard delivery is deemed as working hours Monday – Friday 9 am and 6.00 pm. Saturday deliveries may be available on certain products however this will incur extra charges which will be borne by you the customer.

If access for delivery is restricted please ensure that you inform us prior to delivery.

If a delivery attempt has been made and for whatever reason missed or refused and goods returned back to us and you wish to have goods subsequently resent – we shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries and subsequent re sends will be charged on a per box  or per pallet basis.

Signing for goods

Upon delivery of goods please check them carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. It is not always possible to determine if the internal contents have been damaged and we strongly advise you to cross out the word ‘Received in good condition’ and write ‘Damaged’ before you sign, or to write ‘Damaged’ above your signature. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company.

Unfortunately our carriers accept no other wording and it is extremely difficult for us to claim that your goods were damaged in transit if you have previously signed to declare that you received your order in good condition.

If you receive goods, which are obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, you must REFUSE the delivery. Do not sign for the items, then contact us immediately stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem in the best and quickest means possible. Fortunately this is a very rare occurrence.

Delivery

We will dispatch goods as promptly as possible; this is usually 1-2 working week days within UK Mainland and 1-2 working week days for deliveries to EU countries.

Delivery time frame may vary but we wish to make you aware that we work with internationally recognized couriers with a track record of trouble free smooth and fast delivery networks.

We will make every effort to dispatch your goods in a timely manner – but we cannot nor will not be held responsible for any delays on dispatch or through the courier network including but not exclusive to weather changes, postal strikes or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use almost exclusively deliver during the working day but they may be open to delivery outside of normal business hours.

Any extra charge or liability for this will be borne by you the customer.

For heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to charge an extra and unforeseen to all delivery fee if applicable – fortunately this is a very rare occurrence.
